Full-day equipment hire is included, leaving plenty of time to enjoy the water at your own pace

After time in the sea, slow the pace at Fistral Spa. Drift between the vitality pool, sauna, steam room and hot tub before settling into a 120-minute Ocean GAIA Ritual. Flowing massage techniques, warm GAIA oils and a nourishing mud mask come together to restore both body and mind.

As evening falls, take your seat in Bay Bar for a sundowner overlooking the beach before heading to Dune Restaurant for a two-course dinner with uninterrupted sea views. Then do it all again tomorrow.
