Reset & Recharge

New year, new pressure. We all know the drill. But what if we flipped the script?

At Fistral Beach Hotel and Spa in Newquay, we're declaring this the "Year of Yes". Forget rigid resolutions. We believe January and February are for resetting and recharging.

It’s time to swipe left on stress and say yes to cocktails, yes to top-tier dining with a view, and yes to peaceful spa days.

Relax and enjoy the view

A stay at our Newquay spa hotel isn’t about hibernation, it’s a rejuvenation. Swap endless to-do lists for endless sea views and trade binge-watching shows for nature’s drama unfolding before your eyes. At our Newquay spa hotel, dining comes with panoramic views of Fistral Beach and a front-row seat to breathtaking scenery. Sip on a cocktail in Bay Bar, treat yourself to an exquisite meal at Dune restaurant, or indulge in a relaxing afternoon tea – all while the waves crash and the moody winter skies put on a show. Let the Atlantic be your entertainment as you take a well-deserved break from the everyday.

Find sanctuary at Fistral Spa

Drift away from the chaos of daily life with a spa day or spa break in Newquay. Fistral Spa is your sanctuary for the senses.

Slip into the vitality pool, feel your shoulders drop in the warmth of the sauna, unwind in the cleansing warmth of the steam room, and surrendering to a spa treatment under expert hands that know exactly how to work their magic.

Whether you join us for a spa treatment, a full spa day, or an extended spa break, the goal is simple: find calm on the coast.
