Our Soak Up Summer Afternoon Tea brings together savoury bites, freshly baked scones and sweet treats inspired by the flavours of the season. Think strawberry tart, peach melba macaron and hazelnut tiffin, followed by scones with Cornish clotted cream and strawberry jam. On the savoury side, tuck into sausage rolls, sandwiches of ham and mustard, smoked salmon with crème fraiche, and cucumber with citrus mayo.

It is the kind of summer ritual that feels both indulgent and easy going. A tier of treats, a pot of tea, the curve of Fistral Bay in view and time to simply sit back while the afternoon drifts by.
